ATV Raffle
Congratulations to the High Plains FFA Chapter of Cheyenne, winners of the 2009 Polaris Ranger raffle. FFA Advisor Ty Berry says the chapter will use the Polaris for work on their school farm. More than 4,400 tickets were sold in all.
The Casper FFA Chapter was the high sales chapter for 2009. The chapter sold 2,026 total tickets, and will receive $500 from the Wyoming FFA Foundation, Inc.
The top three high sales members will each receive a $500 college scholarship from the Wyoming FFA Foundation, Inc.:
Stormie Russell, Casper FFA – 521 tickets sold
Danielle Mason, Casper FFA – 428 tickets sold
Ali Ballard, Casper FFA – 231 tickets sold.
The UTV raffle is a special project of the Wyoming FFA. For each ticket sold, $2 is contributed to the selling chapter, with the remainder contributed to the Wyoming FFA Foundation, Inc. The project was sponsored in part by Basic Energy Services, Bear Paw Custom Embroidery, Stallion Oilfield Services, Clear Creek Construction and Bucky’s Outdoors. All proceeds benefit the Wyoming FFA.
